Teens face a unique set of stress, including hormonal changes, life changes, and exams, while they venture through an intense time of personal growth. Transitioning from being a child to a young adult is a tricky time and teenagers may show these challenges in different ways.
To ensure overall healthy emotional development, the workshop was facilitated by Ms. Payal Chokker and her team for students of Grade VII-XII in Prudence Dwarka 22. It taught students how to cope with difficult and different emotions.
This session was designed to reduce bullying at various levels. It also encouraged students to think about how they prioritize their time and become more adept at thinking and planning ahead. The primary focus of this workshop was to empower teens, build within them the emotional resilience to face challenges and equip them with the right tools to be able to navigate through the turbulent years.
The workshop displayed an interactive, inspiring and informative session for all the students.
