Assembly on Vasant Panchmi (Nur - G3) - Prudence Dwarka 22
˜Basant Panchmi', a Hindu festival, marks the onset of the ˜Spring Season'. Traditionally, this festival symbolises the beginning of harvesting of mustard crops and the worshipping of Goddess 'Saraswati'- the Goddess of wisdom. A special assembly was organised by the students of Prudence School Dwarka 22, to mark the occasion. The students initiated the assembly with an interaction to enlighten the audience about the significance of the festival of Basant Panchmi followed by a spiritual song and a skit apprising the key facts associated with the festival. The performances of students were vibrant and tranquil as the participants swirled around in their symbolic yellow attire. The assembly culminated with a mesmerising dance performance by the students to welcome the ˜Basant Ritu'.
